Our monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month in the WI Hall, 21 Lower Fold, Marple Bridge at 2.00pm for 2.15 pm.
​New Members and visitors are always welcome.

Ruby will talk about her work with the charity which helps destitute mothers and children.

Cards and other small items made by the village residents will be on sale.

THE WONDER OF WOOLLIES - Judith Becket
Judith will talk about and demonstrate spinning and dyeing her own yarn.  She specializes in spinning unusual fibres including camel, llama, dog and cat hair! 

Her handspun yarn will be available to buy.

Join us for an entertaining talk by Karen - the first woman to join the Greater Manchester Police mounted division.

Angela is a Japanese interpreter and expert on all thing Japanese.  She will give us an insight into the life, culture and cuisine of this fascinating country.

​​Sheila is a beader and machine embroiderer whose work shows the use of bright threads and gorgeous bead work.  She will bring along some of her pieces.
